In 30 hemispheres, this data was recorded ON and OFF dopaminergic medication and in 26 hemispheres before and during 130 Hz deep brain stimulation of the subthalamic nucleus.DBS dataThis file contains subthalamic local field potential (LFP) data from 26 recordings.MATRIX_DBS.metadata contains the hemisphere identifier (hemisphere_id, e.g. 'P5_L' denotes the left hemisphere of participant 5) and medication status (0 = OFF, 1 = ON) for each recording.MATRIX_DBS.fs contains the corresponding sampling rates. MATRIX_DBS.signal_base contains resting LFP data without stimulation, and MATRIX_DBS.signal_dbs contains LFP data during 130 Hz deep brain stimulation of the subthalamic nucleus, as described in the corresponding article. The ordering of recordings is consistent across metadata, fs, signal_base, and signal_dbs.Medication dataThis dataset was recorded for 30 hemispheres ON and OFF levodopa. Each file has more information on how the data is arranged: SmrData.WvTits. Channel titles denote EEGs (e.g. Fz, Cz, F3), bipolar LFP channels (e.g. Le02, R02, L13) or accelerometer data (e.g. AcX, AcY).</description></descriptions><fundingReferences><fundingReference><funderName>Medical Research Council, UKRI</funderName><awardNumber>MC_UU_00003/2</awardNumber></fundingReference><fundingReference><funderName>Medical Research Council, UKRI</funderName><awardNumber>MC_UU_00003/5</awardNumber></fundingReference><fundingReference><funderName>Medical Research Council, UKRI</funderName><awardNumber>MC_UU_00003/6</awardNumber></fundingReference><fundingReference><funderName>Medical Research Council, UKRI</funderName><awardNumber>MR/V00655X/1</awardNumber></fundingReference><fundingReference><funderName>Medical Research Council, UKRI</funderName><awardNumber>MR/P012272/1</awardNumber></fundingReference><fundingReference><funderName>National Institute for Health Research Oxford Biomedical Research Centre</funderName></fundingReference><fundingReference><funderName>Rosetrees Trust</funderName></fundingReference><fundingReference><funderName>Parkinson's UK</funderName><awardNumber>G-0806</awardNumber></fundingReference></fundingReferences></resource></xml></response>
